Small items include  things such as ​bottles, dishes, glassware, or similar items.
Medium items include things such as electronics, monitor, printer, speakers,​ or similar items.
 Large items Include things such as TVs, furniture, glass panes, windows, or similar items.

Knife & Axe Throwing - Lane Rental Packages

*Rules for Tonic Rage Room Bookings

  • All participants MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time in order to get signed in and prepped for their Tonic Rage Room Experience.
  • Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.
  • The rules above apply to all Rage Room experiences except Knife & Axe Throwing, BYOB & Walk-ins. *Please see the special rules for these below.
  • All scheduled bookings are refundable with 48 hours notices online or by phone. If cancelled by phone, a cancel code will be noted on your account and given to you for verification.
*Rules for B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Breakables)
  • All participants MUST arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled time to sign in and have items approved & set up for their Tonic Rage Room B.Y.O.B Experience.
  • Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.
  • ​Please call 704-782-0007 ahead of time if you want to check on any questionable items for approval. See package descriptions for what items are generally included in a package.
  • If your items are not approved ahead of time and are unacceptable, you would then be given the option to fill in your time slot with another paid package minus the $25 you have already paid online or by phone. 
  • NO refunds after 48 hours before your scheduled time slot. (This is why it is a good idea to call first and check with staff on your items.)
Rules for Knife & Axe Throwing
  • All participants MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time in order to get signed in and prepped for their  Knife/Axe Throwing Experience!  
  • Anyone arriving for the Knife or Axe Throwing Package more than 5 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.
Rules for Emergency Package
  • All participants MUST arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time in order to get signed in and prepped for their Emergency Rage Room Experience! Safety first!
  • Anyone arriving for the Emergency Package more than 5 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.
Rules for Walk-ins
  • Walk-in participants are welcomed, but cannot be guaranteed an open spot.
  • Walk-ins will be added in as we are able when we have an open time slot.
  • You can call 704-782-0007 to check the schedule before coming to get a better idea of open times or when are our less busy times. 
  • Walk-ins will need to get signed in and prepped for their Tonic Rage Room Experience no less than 10 minutes before their assigned time slot. 
  • We will not hold time slots for non-paid walk-ins who call ahead of time if a customer comes in ready to pay for an open room. If you are already in the building and paid, or pay online or via phone, we will hold your spot.

$10 to Purchase a Video Recording.
Recording may be available after experience, depending on how busy we are at the moment. If not, it will be sent via email to participant within 48 hrs. of Tonic Rage Room Experience.
