*Rules for Tonic Rage Room Bookings

​*Cancellations / Refunds / Reschedules
  • All scheduled bookings are refundable within 48 hour notice by phone 704-782-0007 or email at [email protected]. If cancelled by phone, an email will be sent to you for verification.
  • Reschedules are allowed if needed after the 48 hour window for cancellation/refund, as we are able to accommodate the new time/space desired.
  • All participants MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time in order to get signed in and prepped for their Tonic Rage Room Experience.
  • Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot may have to forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded.
  • The rules above apply to all Rage Room experiences except Walk-ins. *Please see the Walk-in rules below.
*Rules for B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Breakables)
  • ​Please call 704-782-0007 ahead of time if you want to check on any questionable items for approval. See item descriptions on the rage room page for what items are generally included in a package so you can compare them to what you would like to bring. All items will be checked before use in the rage room.
  • If your items are not approved ahead of time and any are unacceptable, you would then be given the option to fill in your time slot with another paid package minus the amount of money you have already paid for the BYOB package, or to go ahead with the items you have that are approved. This is why it is better to ask questions about what you can bring. In general, you should be able to carry in your own box, and are allowed to bring a large item in place of a box if it is something you can carry in.
  • Additional boxes may be brought for a fee of $30 each. No items on our prohibited list: CRT TVs/monitors, cooling devices, light bulbs, pressurized cans, or any other dangerous items. Please remove all batteries from laptops and electronics so that we don't risk a fire hazard.
Rules for Walk-ins
  • Walk-in participants are welcomed, but cannot be guaranteed an open spot.
  • Walk-ins will be added in as we are able when we have an open time slot & available supplies.
  • We recommend you always call 704-782-0007 to check the availability before coming, or to get a better idea of open times / less busy times. This is especially important since our hours of operation may vary on slow days.
  • We will not hold time slots for non-paid walk-ins who call ahead of time if a customer comes in ready to pay for an open room. If you are already in the building and paid, or pay online or via phone, we will hold your spot.
  • Once paid and booked, walk-ins will need to get signed in and prepped for their Tonic Rage Room Experience 10 minutes before their assigned time slot.

General Guidelines

Disclaimer for Safety Considerations
  • Participants must wear jeans or long pants, or pants provided with safety gear.
  • Participants must wear closed-toe shoes, No open toed sandals or crocks (open back).
  • Safety & protective gear, tools/weapons, clean-up, & disposal provided by Tonic Rage Room.
  • Personal items & B.Y.O.Breakables must be approved by Tonic Rage Room staff. 
  • Pregnant women and intoxicated people may not participate in Tonic Rage Rooms activities.
